Our Client, one of the European leaders in gift wrapping, postcards and cards manufacturing, was looking for a Sales Director for its Belgium subsidiary.

The main obstacle was to find both a manager and a skilled negotiator, acquainted with the universe of the Belgian supermarket distribution and, obviously, mastering both of the country’s languages and cultures.

The company chose a candidate of French and Flemish descendant, educated at the ICHEC in Brussels. A successful Entrepreneur, he formerly worked as a Sales Director in a company distributing non-food products to the Belgian mass distribution sector.
